Get with the tai chi program

A recent article in USA Today talks about how tai chi can improve balance. The article cites a 2006 study published in the Journal of Gerontology that showed tai chi significantly improved balance in more than 300 older people.
It takes about 3 months of tai chi for someone who is really frail to regain strength and flexibility but this study proves that it works! |
